Asphalt Paving

Topcon continues its long tradition of innovation for asphalt pavers. For decades, the Topcon System Five solution for paving has been the industry`s premier non-contacting screed control system. Featuring durable and time-tested components, such as Sonic Trackers, cross-slope sensors, control boxes and the Trackerjack laser receiver, Topcon has introduced the successor of System Five with the P-32/P-32+ asphalt paver system.

Intelligent Compaction

Topcon`s C-53 system gives you the best in real-time quality control. No more guessing about the right number of passes, mix temperature or stiffness. Topcon`s integrated system actively displays pass counts, ICMV values, and mix temperatures as you
pave. This data is continuously updated through the SiteLink3D Enterprise status page where real-time progress is displayed and saved for future reporting. The C-53 system keeps you in control without even being on the site, manage errors before they happen and fix problems remotely.

mmGPS

Patented technology combines the advantages of a laser and GPS to create an easy-to-use tool that delivers the highest level of precision available for blue-topping and other fine tolerance work. The mmGPS is accurate to 3mm and is compatible with any machine that uses hydraulics.

mmGPS Milling

Topcon’s patented mmGPS technology provides unprecedented accuracy for milling operations. The system delivers precise vertical measurements for multiple machines and up to four transmitters can be used to cover up to 2,000 ft of a highway project or other job site.
